Any company or individual can search the SMARTT Network, so make sure you complete your profile and keep it updated - you never know who might be looking!

Step 1: Create your profile. List your educational background, industry experience, specific skill sets, certifications, and licenses; you can also add leadership roles and professional accomplishments.

Step 2: Wait. Go get a coffee, play a game of basketball, fix the light in the garage, cook...whatever you do in your daily life, you can keep doing it. Once your profile is on the SMARTT Network, you don't have to waste hours of your time searching through opportunities that don't match your individual skill set. The opportunities come to you.
