KRM information services® is an event management company for distance learning events. With decades of experience, we focus exclusively on providing professional, dependable, world-class web seminar and audio conferencing services.

Our business model and competitive edge is based on a very high level of service to our clients and their members who register for and attend these events. We work hard to make sure every event is delivered with consistently excellent execution.

Our Services

KRM offers a wide range of services to meet our clients' needs - from full service event management solutions and video webcasts to audio only events where clients take their own registrations.

We use a telephone conference system to deliver the audio portion of events, and the Internet to deliver the visual component - PowerPoint slides, web tours, etc.

Both types of events - audio only and audio + web - have the feel of a talk-radio program because all of the registrant sites are in a listen-only mode until we open up individual lines to allow attendees to ask questions of and interact with the speakers. The major benefit to our clients is the convenience of this format: no travel for their members/customers, no travel time and expense getting speakers to a central location, no staff travel time, expense.
