The Employer Experience

Search and sort - You can search the talent profiles by specific skill sets and sort by relevance; you can also refine your search to include more or less criteria.

Save and Share - Save your search or choose the talent you're interested in and save them in a campaign that can be sent at any time; share your search results and campaigns with other users in your company.

Create your company profile - Your profile can include a description, photos, videos, and links to your company's website. You must be a paid subscriber for your profile to be visible to others.

Contact talent - you can directly contact talent with a customized message by implementing your campaign. You must be a paid subscriber in order to contact talent.

Get real-time reports on your campaigns - after your campaign has been sent to talent, you can get immediate feedback about who opened your message, or who opted in/out of the request and why, as well as cumulative reports over all your campaigns.

Subscription pricing

Basic Subscription - Only $750/Year

A basic subscription with the SMARTT Network allows you to build your company brand, and build the brand of the region.

Your subscription includes these features:

Company Profile - customizable; you can upload photos, videos, links, and documents to best represent your company

Reports - see the traffic to your profile, your search history, talent interest in your company, your
company user activity, and more!

Advertising - you have the option to place job positions in the monthly SMARTT Mail newsletter, as
well as purchase advertising on the SMARTT Network website. For a limited time, these newsletter ads are free to all subscribers.

Contacting Talent

In addition to your basic subscription, you can purchase contacts that allow you to send email to
individuals that you may be interested in for employment or other business opportunities. You can purchase as many contacts as you need, as many times throughout the year as needed.

Contact: an email sent to an individual who you have chosen in your talent search. Your number of contacts applies only to individuals you email through the SMARTT Network and do not include talent returned in your search results.

121-200 contacts $7/contact
201-300 contacts $6/contact

Contacts roll over from year to year with subscription renewal.
